| ive read all kinda of stuff on this issue i have totally uninstalled d3 and reinstalled i cant get this game to open it worked fine until a couple days ago, now it wont even load before i deleted the game to try to reinstall i had no D3Dprefs.txt file to delete this is honestly pissing me off to the point that a refund sounds good i know my computer settings didnt change so wtf is wrong with the code in d3 now thats different then it was 3 days ago i barely had the game for a week n now i cant even play it | ||

Records show the Battle.net account you're posting from installed the game back in 2012. A refund isn't going to be available. Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save.
