| I am not trying to find a way to steal please just read this. I sent this msg to blizzard support, but no reply so far. I am very confused. . I am not sure if this is the correct topic, but i am in dire need of help. I have diablo 3 (non ros) downloaded on my computer. My cd rom drive currently took a sh*# on me and is currently unable to read any cds. I purchased ros and never downloaded onto computer and am currently playing and it keeps telling me to upgrade. I click on upgrade and it prompts me to purchase the game. Is there a place where i can obtain the download file for ros and use my cd key from my hard copy of ros? Any push in the right direction would be phenomenal. | ||

| bigred216, The Battle.net account from which you're posting only has Diablo III's Starter Edition attached yesterday, not the retail version so it's giving you the prompt to upgrade. I'm not seeing any retail licenses for any of our games on this account (created nearly a year ago) actually. You say you purchased Reaper of Souls? Could it have been on a different Battle.net account? | bigred216, You need to be using the other account or you won't be able to play the game without buying it again. I would need to see that account as well if I'm to help.
