| My friend had his account perma-banned today for use of third party programs. He hasn't used any so he believes this was in error. He filed a claim only to be told the decision is final and will not be reversed. Is there truly no option to have his account manually reviewed or something? Seems a bit absurd to lose thousands of hours of playtime and 4 years of gaming for being accused of something he didn't do. I have seen multiple reports of false bans in this latest banwave. | Equilibrium, If he's already appealed the account closure and was told the decision was final, that's it.
