I used to be able to play Diablo III at higher levels, but now am limited to the "Starter Edition". I changed to a new email account and cannot access my previous characters. I have tried in vain to find a way to contact customer support, but this seem to be the only way I can send a question to the company. |

Dunwoody, The Battle.net account from which you're posting only has the Starter Edition of Diablo III on it. It was added back in February this year. Try using another Battle.net account I found belonging to you. Str8blitzed, The Battle.net account from which you're posting has the standard retail edition of Diablo III.
