| Hi guys, I bought the game, installed it, did all the updates. It crashed before I got into Tristram, crashed in Tristram, crashed after I left Tristram, etc. I updated everything I could find for my video card and now I'm able to play about a half an hour at a time before it crashes. I've tried the cathedral four times now but can't finish it because it always crashes and then I have to restart it. Every time it crashes, I'm able to ctrl-alt-del to get back to the windows desktop; but I'm unable to shut the game down. I can start programs, stop them, etc, but I can't use anything above the task bar. I can start windows task manager but can't use it. The most I can do at this point is to tell windows to restart the computer. I know someone's gonna ask me to post my dxdiag info - I dunno how to get that so I'll need some guidance. Thanks! | ||

| lethallarry, You're right, we'll need to see your dxdiag info to start. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save.
