Verinnia #1740 | nVidia Kernel Errors while playing Diablo 3.(1) | Category: Technical SupportMay-10-2016 10:09 PM PDT (9 years ago) |
I had gotten a nVidia GTX970 video card recently, updated all my drivers and have been getting nothing but Kernel Errors when playing Diablo 3 recently, could anyone possibly help me? It's been causing crashes recently, and I'd like to stop it somehow. |

Verinnia, Please post your DXDIAG file (Not the MSInfo) so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Customer Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Icylight, Sometimes the card needs to be underclocked from the stock speeds, especially if had been experiencing issues when being overclocked. Try lowering the clocks by about 10% to see if that helps. You might want to see if the card is still under warranty too. If it is, I'd look into possibly RMA'ing the card since it's not supposed to be getting those errors. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Customer Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
