| Bought Diablo 3 used on ebay. The game loaded and I started to play it. Thought game key auto loaded like a few other games I own. After first part told starter part done and have to buy the game. found a spot to enter key and was told was already used and can't be used again. Is demanding a refund from the ebay seller all I can do or can I get it reset to my account? | ||

| JSMartin, Getting a refund from the seller would be the only option here. Normally, when you buy one of our games, it comes with an authentication key. Once that key has been applied to to a Battle.net account, it can no longer be used to add the game to any other Battle.net accounts.
