Hey There, Having an issue launching D3 in Win 10 since 2.4.1 went live. Click Play. Logo displays... Hangs... And doesn't respond until windows suggests closing it. If I launch the PTR, the app will load normally (obviously not connecting to the server). I also tried editing the D3Pref file as suggested in some previous posts for slightly different issues. Quixi, It's hanging where it normally starts interrogating your system. Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. Quixi, Did you recently update the Nvidia drivers on your laptop? Quixi, Could you go into the Battle.net Desktop App and with Diablo III selected along the left side, go to Options, then Game Settings.
