| Hello can someone help me. I recently jumped on diablo 3 for giggles, and it says i have to purchase the game to upgrade, but I have purchased the game a while ago now late 2012 i think it was not long after release, and I had a account before I started on to battle.net because i got back into wow(inlaw gave). I tried logging in to my old diablo 3 account but wouldnt work. Can someone plz help this would be awesome as I want to get back in to playing Diablo 3 and upgrading straight to RoS expansion. | Puppystomper, It looks like you originally obtained the Diablo III game through the promotion where it would be free if you kept an active World of Warcraft subscription for 12 months. That obligation was not met however and the Diablo III license was removed/downgraded to a Starter Edition. Your higher level character won't be able to be used as a result.
