| I have AMD FX 4130 3.8 quad core Nvidia geforce gtx 660 2gb. 8gb RAM Those specs should be good to play with 60fps but my fps drops to 40-50 at torment 2 rifts. Should i upgrade my CPU or GPU? or just buy ps4 version. | ||

| Farmageddon, Use Vsync primarily if you're experiencing any problems with the graphics "tearing" while you play. You really shouldn't be changing any values in the D3Prefs.txt file though. The game does a fairly accurate job of determining what's best for your hardware configuration. If you lower the hardware class value, you may perceive a higher frame rate but it will come at the cost of lower graphics quality that you may or may not notice. It's up to you though and changing it isn't going to hurt anything.
