| No one helps me with this situation, since I tried to play diablo on a different computer, My characters disappeared? Even when I made a new char it says paragon level was 222, while it actually is 410? as I an see in my career summery. Is it possible that the previously bnetaccount that used this computer, interrupts mine? I don´t believe there´s no other way to explain the experience loss, and I rather not start over from scratch. | ||

| Slyn, There's nothing we can do I'm afraid. I can see that the account had characters but it appears they've been deleted. There's no activity I can see on the account occurring from another IP address so there's no sign of the account being compromised. I can only assume they were deleted by someone logged into the account from your location. In looking at the rollback points for the account, as recently as 2016-03-08 11:01:43 UTC, it had 2 other characters, both hardcore, one level 1 and one level 48.
