| as mentioned above, i have been having this error since yesterday. have done all the mentioned solutions in the forum. need further help. thanks p/s: problem occurs only when launching d3. HotS is working well. and i can run PTR too. | ||

| Myithrone, Anytime you run the game, it starts writing the sequence of events into that log file. It's very odd if you don't see it listed. | Myithrone, Try using the Desktop App's Update option for the game. With Diablo III highlighted, click on Options and then Check for Updates. You might also want to try creating a new Windows User account with admin rights, log out of Windows, and then back in with that new account and give it a try. | Myithrone, I was under the impression it ran ok when you used a new Windows User account?
