as mentioned above, i have been having this error since yesterday.
have done all the mentioned solutions in the forum.

need further help. thanks

p/s: problem occurs only when launching d3. HotS is working well. and i can run PTR too.

Can you post your D3Debug.txt file please? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder.

Anytime you run the game, it starts writing the sequence of events into that log file. It's very odd if you don't see it listed. That would indicate a problem with the game's executable file itself for which I can only suggest reinstalling or running the game's scan and repair utility to see if it sees any errors it can correct.

Try using the Desktop App's Update option for the game.

With Diablo III highlighted, click on Options and then Check for Updates.

You might also want to try creating a new Windows User account with admin rights, log out of Windows, and then back in with that new account and give it a try.

It might also help to see a screenshot of the actual error you're seeing.

I was under the impression it ran ok when you used a new Windows User account? Your D3Debug.txt files shows a normal shutdown with no errors.
