| When I try to start Battlenet I get a pop up window saying this with this code "C261E9C6-009E-4B6A-A5B1-CD5002D19FE7". I tried starting diablo with the shortcut but the same happens, I also tried running it as Admin but didnt work. Please help, I crave playing really bad :( Many thanks in advance. | ||

| chiimp, There aren't any errors being auto-submitted by the game so this may be a Windows error instead. Can you post your D3Debug.txt file so I can check for any errors it may be showing? | FeRoN, Your error seems related to an ATI driver problem. Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. | chiimp, What you listed is from when you were playing in January. The file should be getting written over from time to time. See if near the end of your file you see time stamps from today or the last date you played. I'd need to see anything from that date. | chiimp, It looks like it's stopping when its starting to use Agent to check on things. No error is reported though. | FeRoN, When did you last update your AMD video drivers? Did you get them from Hewlett-Packard of from, AMD's support site?
