Hello, I purchased Diablo 3 about 4 years ago, when it first came out. I haven't played in a while and have since bought a new computer. Unfortunately, I was unable to transfer over the installer. When I logged into my Battlenet account to redownload it recently, the game was missing and I was only able to download the starter version. Halp pls? |

LgnSmthng, The Battle.net account from which you're posting was created in 2014. It's never had the retail version of Diablo III registered to it. It looks like you used another Battle.net account, one currently with a Hotmail address, though it may be compromised and is now invalid. You'll need to open a support ticket and speak to a Billing representative though about the account as the Diablo III license on it is currently restricted and won't be able to be used.
