| bought a new computer and set it up yesterday. Downloaded Diablo III no problems even played for couple hours. problem with computer possible virus, reformatted drives downloaded manufacturing settings. Downloaded DiabloIII and now no video when I hit play, mouse pointer and some audio but no video. I tried reinstalling Diablo but still same issue just black screen with pointer? | ||

| superwilly, Try editing your D3Prefs.txt file located in your Documents\Diablo III folder. We want to change it to windowed mode and enable vertical sync to start.
