| I bought this game when it was released,played for a few months now I'm ready to play again and battle.net wont accept my email address and making me create a new account...all I have available is the starter version of the game now...Do I have to buy the game twice? | ||

| blaze, Are you absolutely sure you're using the same Battle.net account name (email address) as you used originally? The account from which you're posting now was just made today. Based on the generic contact info I see on this account, I won't be able to look any prior accounts up for you. You'll need to contact a Billing representative and provide any info you may have used initially. | blaze, I found an old Battle.net account with that name that has since been changed to something else, but it still has your contact info from what I can see. I can't tell you outright what the name is though here in a public forum. If you contact a Billing rep as I suggested above and tell them the name you game me today, and tell them it's a "previous email address" that's been changed, they'll be able to see it as well and hopefully be able to verify you're the rightful owner.
