| You can't do a Level 20 Greater Rift Run from a Nephalim Obelisk because there is no setting for a run of that level. I have changed the Torment levels up to Level 5 Torment and there is still no setting seen in the Obelisk for a level 20. This is not fair if some people can do it, but others have not figured out how to set the obelisk setting to get that level. I played a level 18 several times and I was dropped by the server from the game; I do not know why it happened and there is never an explanation. I lost 2 Greater Rift stones because of those drops. | mikefox, You have to successfully complete earlier levels until it lets you try level 20.
