| Every time the game crashes again it keeps saying "The application encountered an unexpected error." Every time it gives me a new number to report. The last number it gave me was: 61B25C82-289F-4981-867C-0933D8EF8A99 Why is it doing this? Last night when I logged off, my game was playing just fine. This morning I am trying to play and every few minutes it keeps crashing. After it crashes then I can't even open anything up on the internet, not even this site, until I go to Windows Task Manager and see that Diablo is still running, so I right click on it and select "End Process Tree" and then I am able to open things up again. My husband also says to end the Process Trees on all the Agent.exe(s) that keep showing up too. Anyway, it was working fine last night and now it's all messed up. I hope that it can be fixed soon because I really LOVE THIS GAME!!! <3 | ||

| Lisa, The crash report you've submitted has been logged internally as a possible bug and is being investigated. I really don't have any sort of workaround at the moment but you may want to try bypassing the Desktop App as it looks like a Battle.net-related issue. 1. Go into the Diablo III folder. 2. Locate the DiabloIII.exe, right click on it and select "create shortcut". 3. Move the newly created shortcut to the Desktop. 4. Right click on the shortcut and select "properties". 5. Add -launch after the quotation mark at the end of the "Target" field. Example target line: "C:\Users\Public\Games\Diablo III" -launch 6. Click on Apply and OK. 7. Completely close the Battle.net launcher. Wait 20-30 seconds after doing so. 8. Launch Diablo III by using the new shortcut. 9.
