oubaas, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |

summer , I need the entire file please. You cut it off near the beginning. I'd also ask that when you type the command, you use the /dontskip option. To do that, type dxdiag /dontskip instead of just dxdiag I believe I see the problem already as well. Your monitor has a native resolution of "Native Mode: 1366 x 768" but you have the game set to run as something much higher DisplayModeWidth "1920" DisplayModeHeight "1080" If you change these values in the D3Prefs.txt file, it ought to be much better. Change DisplayModeWidth "1920" DisplayModeHeight "1080" to DisplayModeWidth "1366" DisplayModeHeight "768" ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |

summer, Yes, that's the idea. You should ideally be playing at your monitor's native rate. Using anything else will be unpredictable as far as performance and quality goes. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |

summer, If you need to see your D3Prefs.txt file, it's located in your Documents\Diablo III folder, not in the game directory. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |

summer, Try setting the game to use your monitor's native resolution. Native Mode: 1366 x 768(p) To do that outside the game, you can edit the D3Prefs.txt file. Just change these lines DisplayModeWidth "1920" DisplayModeHeight "1080" to DisplayModeWidth "1366" DisplayModeHeight "768" ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |
