I think I got an issue with logging into my account b/c it can't load my hero list. Any suggestion about how to fix this error ?

  • Wired or wireless
  • Firewall, Antivirus, and Internet Security software
  • Network card model (Some suggestions for Network cards)
  • Router model (for example, Netgear, D-Link)
  • Modem model
