| They were intentionally overbuffed to see where the top-end of the barometer is Now they'll be intentionally overnerfed Then next PTR patch, they'll be balanced It'll probably end up around 250% or so. There's no use getting all bent out of shape about it. This literally happens every single PTR. | ||
