Hey Hatoshi32, Welcome back! Once you have claimed the authentication key on your Battle.net account you do not need to enter in the key again. When it asks for a key there should be an option for if you have already claimed the key. If you did click on the claim the key button not big deal. Just leave the Battle.net website and let the game finish installing. Once you log in Diablo III will see you have claimed the key on your Battle.net account and you should be all set to play. |

nixa666, I was able to locate the original Battle.net account (Hotmail address). I would suggest you contact a Blizzard billing representative in the EU for assistance. They can search on your first and last name to find the original account. nixa666, You should be getting sent to the starting point for contacting us. First, select a product. I suggest you use BattleNet Second, select a topic. Use "Account" and when it asks for kind of issue, select "Not Listed Here" from the drop down choices. Third, select a channel. Sasgurl101, The Battle.net account from which you're posting added Diablo III just a few days ago,. It never had it before then since the account was made back in 2009. If you were playing before, it would have been from a different Battle.net account (email address).
