| Right, so by now it is quite obvious I am not the only one experiencing this problem, even with a stable cable internet connection. Starts with some lag, usually when opening chests. Sometimes it comes back only to see myself dead, but most of the time it drops me from the server. Attempts to reconnect are successful, but soon after, the same happens. Did all of this, too, no change. https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/error-3007 Even got a new antivirus. If it helps the support to resolve the issue, I only started getting it after I upgraded to the reaper of souls, and more specifically after I killed Adria, when I have to enter the portal. Before then, it was running like Forest Gump. See I'm really pissed off, because to me 50-60-70 dollars is a big deal for a game which without my fault ruins hours of gaming. Also at this point the game, to me, is unplayable and NOT FUN. I am really happy I didn't start a hardcore character, then I would have been devastated. I still prefer d2. | ||

| Sensa, if you're still having disconnections in Diablo III, please post your traceroute and pathping so we can analyze what the connection to our servers looks like. Ensure sufficient time (5-15 minutes depending) for each diagnostic to be run. | ||
