Network is issue free, 47/25 up/down speed. Worked 6 hours ago. Tried restart. Blizzard there is a problem USA East coast |

Hey all! If anyone is having this issue, can you reboot your computer and try re-logging back into the Battle.net app? If you are still having trouble picking up a patch after this, please close out the Battle.net Application try Deleting the Battle.net Cache folder. Once the files are removed, relaunch the Battle.net app using the Battle.net icon on your desktop. Let me know if you are still having issues. :) |

Can you guys try the following steps to see if it helps? Disable your proxy settings and change Secondary Logon to Automatic. If these two steps give the same error, try creating a new Windows Admin account. |
