| hi from israel. been playing on Europe region and for the pass three days get this high latency over 4k, Especially during the evening and some time when i manage to log in i get mesc 0 and cant play at all any one else have this problem? | ||

| I would like you to install a connection monitoring program called WinMTR to further diagnose this issue. - First, download the appropriate version from this website - Open the program. To run this you’ll want to right click on the .exe and select run as admin or you’ll likely get an error. - Once open, in the “Host†field you want to put in the server IP: 213.155.155.233 - Click Start and now we want to run this while you’re playing the game. So go ahead and log in. - Let this run for roughly 5-10 minute intervals while you play until you start to see high latency. By this I basically mean play for 5-10 minutes if you don’t see ill effects in game, stop it and start the WinMTR again. That way we can have about 5-10 minutes worth of connection information while the game is having high latency. - Once you’re sure that you have the roughly 5-10 minutes of latency recorded, press the stop button and just select the option for “Export TEXTâ€. - Save the file as something easy to remember on the desktop. - Copy and paste the results in reply here. | ||

| Hey Senari! Thanks for getting the WinMTR report. Looks like there is some issues on the 4th hop. It's showing a 2% data loss which isn't much, however this may be pointing to a larger issue on that node. Also after checking this is one of your ISP's nodes. What I would suggest from here is to give your ISP a call along with the WinMTR and let the them know what is happening.Also let them know what the WinMTR is showing.
