I bought a gaming laptop and am trying to download diablo 3 with my disc. I am given error code BLZBNTBTS0000004A. https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/failed-to-download-a-required-update is the site I am given to see the error code. My internet connection is just fine. What else can I do? |

Hey all, Could you help us grab some logs? Our Battle.net team is investigating the issue and are looking for some more details.
2. Run LogGoblin.exe and give it a few minutes to gather your Battle.net logs. 3. After it finishes collecting your logs, press Enter to close the program. 4. A zip file named BlizzardLogs-[YYYY-MM-DD].[HHMMSS].zip, which contains all of your log files, was created in the same location as LogGoblin.exe. Once the .zip file is created, please email it to toolsupport@blizzard.com with the title [D3][Install][Your Username][BLZBNTBTS0000004A][19444254253]. In addition, make sure to check out and try the steps in our Support Article here. Just got an update from our Battle.net Team and it looks like this should be resolved now. Let's make sure to close Battle.net and the Update Agent and give it another shot: 1. Close the Battle.net App. 2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager and click the Processes tab. 3. Wait 60 seconds for Agent.exe to close. If it doesn't, highlight it and press the End Task button to close it. 4. Restart Battle.net and see if the Install or Patch process works properly. Not to hijack someone's thread but I just got this. .. AB9E81EB-B989-4C90-B21D-B93D311FA116 I've been having issues crashing and just lost another dh on hardcore. I'm currently scanning the game to repair it but do you have any suggestions for this Glaxigrav? It looks like this is being caused by Raptr Overlay: 76FCD877 ntdll.dll LdrFindResource_U+1494 Uninstalling Raptr or disabling it while running D3 should resolve the issue. Since this overall issue should be taken care of, I'm going to lock this one down for now. :) Thanks! |
