| I have played Diablo III and the expansion Reaper of Souls flawlessly since it came out. I reformatted my hard drive and when I try to reinstall Diablo III the agent gets stuck on "initializing, installing required files". I have tried deleting the cache and tools folders, restarting my comp, but none of those worked. It will not move past this point. Update: I have tried disabling my security software and I tried downloading the client from the website. None of those worked. Update: I believe it has been downloading the files this whole time. I can see the bar gradually moving ever so little. I think I may have made a mistake. I will continue to update my issue. Update: Ok I can see progress now. The files are downloading. I made a mistake and am sorry. | ||

| Borup, I have a player in top 650 levels but i can not play on it help me out You have provided no information that would allow anyone to offer any advice. You didn't say what the problem is either, just " i can not play on it ".
