ElLobo76, do you currently use the Accessibility > Display > Cursor Size feature? If so, does reducing it down to Normal resolve the issue? Also, does the mouse lag occur in other games or when you're using your Mac normally? Have you tried swapping out a different mouse? ______________________________ Technical Support: Monday-Friday, 12pm - 9pm Pacific Time How am I doing? || Support Agent Feedback

I also play on a mac and sometimes the mouse lags. No cursor size feature and no lag outside the game. How often do you encounter the mouse lag, fladson? How long does the lag last when it happens? ______________________________ Technical Support: Monday-Friday, 12pm - 9pm Pacific Time How am I doing? || Support Agent Feedback

Let's reset your NVRAM to see if that resolves the issue with the mouse cursor delay in fullscreen. 1. Shut down your Mac. 2. Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. 3. Turn on your Mac. 4. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys immediately after you hear the startup sound. 5. Hold these keys until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for a second time. 6. Release the keys. After resetting NVRAM, you may need to reconfigure settings for speaker volume, screen resolution, startup disk selection, and time zone information. Give that a shot and let me know how it goes. ______________________________ Technical Support: Monday-Friday, 12pm - 9pm Pacific Time How am I doing? || Support Agent Feedback

Thanks for giving it a shot, ElLobo76. Let's restart your machine with all login items disabled: 1. Restart the computer. 2. Start your computer, hold down Shift when you see the progress bar in the startup window, then release Shift after your desktop appears. Once rebooted, let me know if the issue persists with login items disabled. Launch straight into the Battle.net App / Diablo III and test without any other programs open. ______________________________ Technical Support: Sunday-Thursday, 12pm - 9pm Pacific Time How am I doing? || Support Agent Feedback
