Windows 7 Pro Updated to latest nVidia drivers Battle.net scanned the files Uninstalled and reinstalled Clicked on "Play" to start the game. Got a black screen, as the game was loading, then before I get any graphics or sound, it crashes back to Windows desktop. Not sure where to go from here. Quore, Let's try uninstalling the current video driver and reinstalling an older video driver to see if that helps. To uninstall the current driver, you are going to want to use a program called Display Driver Uninstaller. This program will ensure that all previous driver files are completely removed. Here's a link where the Display Driver Uninstaller program can be downloaded. Once you have that downloaded and installed, try the following steps: 1. Run Display Driver Uninstaller. 2. You will be asked if you want to reboot into safe mode, click on "No". 3. Select "Nvidia" from the "Select Graphic Driver" drop down menu. 4. Click on the "Clean and restart" button. After the system restarts, the video driver should be completely uninstalled so the graphics should look larger than usual. That's normal and it'll fix itself when the video driver is reinstalled. Now that the driver is gone, we can go ahead with reinstalling it.
