| This has happen three times now. I thought it was a random thing with Windows 10, automatic restarting. Each time it occur while playing diablo 3 or opening Diablo3/Initiating play on BNET app. This has never happen until recently when I upgraded to Win10. PROBLEM PC is randomly restarting, just wondering if anyone is experiencing this issue with Diablo 3? | ||

| Zaturn, A PC isn't going to restart due to the game itself. What could be happening though is your computer components, usually the video card (GPU) or processor (CPU) could be overheating resulting in a shutdown and if the system is configured to do so, it will restart. Let's get your dxdiag info so we can see if your hardware is adequate for the game. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. You should also download and install a temperature monitoring utility like HWMonitor. It runs while you play, keeping a record of the temperatures internally. After you've installed it, start it up, and then play the game for a few minutes, but not long enough for the PC to restart.
