Rashi, Please post your DXDIAG file (Not the MSInfo) so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Customer Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Rashi, Let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the video driver to see if that helps. To uninstall the current driver, you are going to want to use a program called Display Driver Uninstaller. This program will ensure that all previous driver files are completely removed. Here's a link where the Display Driver Uninstaller program can be downloaded. Once you have that downloaded and installed, try the following steps: 1. Run Display Driver Uninstaller. 2. You will be asked if you want to reboot into safe mode, click on "No". 3. Select "AMD" from the "Select Graphic Driver" drop down menu. 4. Click on the "Clean and restart" button. After the system restarts, the video driver should be completely uninstalled so the graphics should look larger than usual. That's normal and it'll fix itself when the video driver is reinstalled. Now that the driver is gone, we can go ahead with reinstalling it. Here's a link for the driver download: AMD Driver Once there, you are going to want to download the Catalyst Software Suite, not the Latest Beta Driver. When installing the driver, you should be given an option to do an "Express" install or a "Custom" install, I recommend selecting the "Custom" install. Once that is selected, uncheck everything possible except for the Graphics Driver and AMD Catalyst Control Center. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Customer Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Rashi, Let's log out of the Battle.net Desktop App and try deleting the Battle.net Cache file to see if that helps. Check out this support article for steps on how to do that: Deleting the Battle.net Cache Folder (PC) Once that is done, test out the game and let me know what happens. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Customer Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Rashi, Let's try running a selective startup to see if that helps. Please be aware that running while in this mode can potentially disable any security programs you may have running. Here's a support article with steps on how run the selective startup: Closing Background Applications ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Customer Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
