During the quest "Blood and Sand" when entering the area, Zoltan Kulle goes to appear and I take some steps, the sreen become completelly freezed, I didn't get any error code. I came back to this part of the mission with my other hero, but the resolt is the same. I installed back the game last week and don't know what causes the problem: the last week patch or my updated driver, because I read that was a similar problem one year ago. This problem have this effect only this part of the game, the other parts run perfectly. |

Pilbence, Please post your DXDIAG file (Not the MSInfo) so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Customer Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

OptimusRob, The crash that you are experiencing is being investigated by us and AMD. It seem s to be driver related. There is a user workaround being posted in the forums which seems to work well, but it's not supported by us. You are welcome to try it, but keep in mind that you'll be doing so at your own risk. Here's a link with that workaround: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/17605701620#6 ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Customer Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

lordpat101, Having the same problem, started after I upgraded to windows 10, so not sure if that's part of the problem. Upgrading to Windows 10 is not really the problem, but it did contribute to the issue. If you were running Windows 7 or 8, then you would be able to install the old 13.xx AMD driver versions, which don't experience these crashes in act 2. The 13.xx drivers are not available for Windows 10, so it then defaults to the newest 15.xx driver version, which does experience the crashes. The user posted workaround should work, so you might want to try redoing the steps just in case something was missed. Here's a link to a more detailed post of the workaround: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/13680258381?page=4#62 If the issue persists, start a new thread so that we can assist you individually. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Customer Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
