Just bought the game and can't get past Desolate Sands, as soon as I get there the video freezes. I can presss T to teleport back to town and then alt-tab a few times to get it unfrozen. But cannot continue the game. I have been running the game with all the settings turned maxed prior to this issue. Since I got to the Desolate Sands I have turned all settings down.I have updated all drivers. Turned off incompatible programs (Raptr, Radeonpro)., Searched the forums and found one solution that had me change graphics settings in Catalyst Control Center, that didn't work. Another solution had me put some outdated directx 9 drivers in the game folder, nothing is working. I want my $40 back

Murtrem, The issue that you are describing is a known issue with any AMD Catalyst version 14.xx. The only current workaround is running on the latest 13.xx Catalyst. Here's a link for the driver download: AMD Driver Once there, you are going to want to download the Catalyst Software Suite, not the Latest Beta Driver. When installing the driver, you should be given an option to do an "Express" install or a "Custom" install, I recommend selecting the "Custom" install.
