I'm glad you took the time to report it, though; this is exactly the kind of thing we aim to catch during a PTR. I'm going to move this over to the Bug Report forum so that our QA folks can investigate. In the meantime, can you share some important details? For instance:
In general, if you see something that looks like a bug (versus a balancing issue), it's best to post it in the Bug Report forum and provide as much detail as possible about the circumstances around the bug. The same bug occurred on my solo GR 25 season 4 monk when using seven sided strike with lion claw, madstone and the double exploding palm weapon. He dies and Eshara appears, then he comes back and you can't talk to her. If you leave the rift is over and you can change gear but she's gone when you come back. Appears to be the "One hit point bug". After leaving game I got him again and the same thing happened again. The first time I killed him in one shot, the second time i hit him a couple times first. Didn't seem to change anything. Hamelin dies. Urshi appears. Hamelin resurrects over and over with 1 HP left. Urshi not clickable. Urshi disappears after port to town. Rift cannot be finished. No Upgrades. Wasted key. Every time this has happened to me it has been because I "instantly" killed him as I engaged in combat with him. It never happened if I let his initial animations with add spawns and stuff occur before I gibbed him. I got identical situation today on PTR, GR45 for gem upgrade, boss with 1 hp dont die, cant close grift, cant upgrade gem. Only option was leave game. Thanks to all of you for providing details as to how this occurred. We believe we've identified what's causing this bug, and have planned a fix for an upcoming PTR patch.
