| Hi dear support , 66DD06DF-A642-4CCE-A4AD-A67491F0212E I send this message after real hours of work all by myself, with no real solution yet i read all day hundreds of post in diferrent linguages (french spanish english italian) about this issues most of the players said that you have trouble with AMD drivers and Nvidia drivers. The consequences are most of the time a crash of the game in the ACT 2 and only in this area named the desolate sand or in french "desert désolé" some of us (like me ) are new players and we find it hard to stop playing for a 3 days cause of this bug and get stuck on ACT 2 a lvl30 : This is the solutions i tried : -Scan and repair -Upgrade my drivers ( all of them not only graphic) -one solution is to go back to an older driver BUT in that case we cant play the other new games we bought like the witcher 3 or new games that need the newest version like driver 15.7 (i did not test this solution wich not a real one from my point of view). So to end i would like to warn you of this big Bug that concern hundreds of players (i went on eu us forum and privet blog and forum this bug is everywhere you can check on google you will find dozens of pages just in english.I am a real fan of what your company do but i really need your help on that one in fact a lot of players need your help on this specific bug. | Sidicas, AMD recently released a beta version (15.9) of it's Catalyst Driver suite which addresses several issues, one of them being the long standing crashing issue in The Desolate Sands. That release however had a problem with a memory leak that was quickly resolved by AMD resulting in a hot fix for the drivers which brought the release to version 15.9.1. They've since introduced yet another update, bringing the current release version to 15.10. | Hey, BattleDeamon! Sometimes AMD drivers require a clean install for this issue. Use the Display Driver Uninstaller to completely remove your current drivers. The drivers needed for your system are located at AMD Drivers. Make sure to install the Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta drivers. After the drivers are installed, make sure to completely uninstall AMD Gaming Evolved/Raptr. Let me know if you run into any issues! | ||
