Hi there, [I'm under windows 8.1 pro x64 (fully up to date) with an AMD Radeon HD 6700M series.] I have the following problem : whenever I start a game (in adventure mode or not, alone or not) or join a game, I get the loading screen for a minute and then the classic error message : "The game connection has been lost - You have been disconnected from the server". Following https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/performing-a-traceroute and https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/running-a-pathping-test I performed a tracerout and ran a pathping test (for EU as I am in France). I suggest to first try powercycling the connection and flushing the DNS. Once that is done, run another pathping to see if the data loss is still showing up.
