Hi there,

[I'm under windows 8.1 pro x64 (fully up to date) with an AMD Radeon HD 6700M series.]

I have the following problem : whenever I start a game (in adventure mode or not, alone or not) or join a game, I get the loading screen for a minute and then the classic error message : "The game connection has been lost - You have been disconnected from the server".

I performed a tracerout and ran a pathping test (for EU as I am in France). The results are beneath, and show pretty obviously that the timeout is at the telia-domain, which means that Blizzard is responsible, so that I would be very keen on having an update and a resolution of the issue, as I don't like that much to chat, and as chat is the only thing I can do as I cannot play because of this.

Your pathping is showing that the connection is losing a good amount of data loss, and that data loss is starting in your home network.

I suggest to first try powercycling the connection and flushing the DNS. Once that is done, run another pathping to see if the data loss is still showing up.
