Hello everyone! We've been seeing quite a few post reporting high latency in the Northeastern US across multiple threads. I'd like to get those organized in one spot to help us review this situation a bit more. So, if you're in the NE US with higher than normal latency, please provide us with the following:

Hey all!

Thanks for the information on this, and apologies for the delay in getting a reply going. The issue has since been resolved, and we wanted to give a quick debrief on what happened:

Once the sticky was created, our team collected the traces you submitted and sent them to our Network Administrators for review. We were able to identify an issue in Verizon's network and contacted our service provider to engage them for awareness.

Verizon was quick to reply that they were aware of the issue and worked to resolve it. While we haven't received a solid confirmation that we're in the clear, our service provider has noted that there no longer appears to be an issue with connectivity and things are good to go!
