Just as a reminder (and to reinforce what Superhaufen said), the PTR Feedback and PTR Bug Report forums are the best place to share feedback about changes coming in Patch 2.3.0, which is currently available for you to try out on the PTR. Aside from ensuring that your feedback about what's on the PTR doesn't get mixed up with feedback for the live game, posting in the right forum also helps keep others from getting confused about which version of the game you're discussing.
