onimaru55, can you post the complete pathping? I'd like to see what the packet loss looks like up until hop 12. So it looks like there's 13% loss as early as your home modem/router, however that doesn't cascade down throughout the entire trace. It may be nothing, but a quick network device reset and DNS flush should rule out any issues there. More packet loss is identified once you transition from Optus to Equinix. Not sure if there's an issue here as well, but we may be able to investigate it further. What symptoms are you seeing in-game? Apologies for the delay, onimaru55. I was out of the office for a week and it looks like this was overlooked in my absence. The disconnect does appear to be caused by a networking issue, as the game client simply stops receiving information from the servers. It looks like there's a pretty solid 8 day gap between reports: was this because you hadn't had an opportunity to play or was it due to no issues during that timeframe?
