Resetting Network Devices
If that doesn't work try flushing the DNS.

This is an ongoing problem since Patch 2.2 Every time I try to start the game I get a Network Disconnect. Today I can't even play the game because it will not start I gave up after six Network Diconnects. If we are forced to play online at least get your end up to speed.

Doom, Let's log out of the Battle.net Desktop App and try deleting the Battle.net Cache file to see if that helps.
