Hey,
Can you please try the steps outlined here, you may also want to try disabling the new streaming feature in the Battle.net App as well as disabling the Game DVR if you are running Windows 10.

  • Search for "Xbox" and open the Xbox app (You will need to log into your Microsoft Account).
  • Once open, click on the settings option on the left (Cog Wheel).
  • Click the slider for the game DVR to turn if off.
