| Hi I today logged back into my account after a year of 2. now it seems that my diablo is set to starter edition, and all my characters are gone.. I already checked if I'm in the right region and I don't have any other email addresses. how's this possible? hope anyone can help me out cheers | ||

| Hello ShaolinM, The Account you are posting with has never been a full Account and never had any other character than the Level 5 Witch Doctor. My guess is that you had the full licence created on a different Battle.Net Account. If you can't remember the details to it, please contact our Customer Support, they should be able to help you out.
