| I have recently been forced to reset/recover my Windows. Once this was done, I have logged onto D3 only to find my characters gone, both in-game and in the profile here. I thought they're stored online? Is there a way to recover them? And yes, I've checked that the server (i.e. the region) is correct. I have also tried to log onto a different server and then go back to my Europe server. It doesn't help. | ||

| Hey Alexey, There are no full D3 licenses on the account you are posting from, do you perhaps have another email address which you could have used when setting up the Battle.net account?
