Hi..this mourning I digitally purchased the Reaper of Souls expansion.moments later I ran the game ..everything was fine..About an hour later I couldn't conect to the game and all day long i'm trying to start a game and after the loading it says Connection Lost and returns me to the title screen..Also on my account The reaper of Souls purchase is queuedd.Pls help

Please try these steps to solve your issue.

And for the Queued Order, a digital upgrade can take up to 72 hours until the payment gets approved by your bank. Normally, it is done quicker.

Could you please post a dxdiag and MSInfo, pathping and a traceroute here? If the data is too big to be posted on the forum directly, you can use a page like pastebin.com and post the link to it here then.

You are not using discord overlay by any chance? If so, please disable it and see if that helps.

Thank you for posting your data. Could you please add a pathping here? You should also update all drivers of your hardware, meaning graphics, sound and ethernet adapter. They are 2 years and older and might be the cause to your issue. Please update them from the different manufacturers pages.

I can assure you, that it doesn't have anything to do with you buying Reaper of Souls. Just to make sure, are you using discord overlay? If so, please uninstall it and try again.

Just to cover everything. Have you checked the port settings? I am asking because your pathping doesn't even go further then your PC and the tracert shows your PC as being unresponsive.

Of course i am still there. Would i ever leave? Ok, it seems like we have a bit of a problem here. And no, it is not related to the game itself, because it is running fine for most people. There seems to be something with your PC we need to fix.

Can you try to start the game from the folder directly? By clicking the .exe. Could you also try this please to make sure that nothing interferes with the program? Let me know if anything worked.

Okay GeneralWBAS,

This MSInfo still shows your installed drivers to be 2 years and older. Graphics card: 7/22/2014; Network Card: 8/22/2013; Sound:8/22/2013 . It seems the system still uses the old drivers, although you installed new ones as you said. Step 1. Please visit the pages of the different manufacturers and get the latest drivers. Step 2. Please uninstall the old driver(s) and get the new ones installed. Step 3 Make sure you connect via cable to your router and disable the Qualcomm WiFi adapter and only use the Realtek one. You could switch back later but let's do this step by step. Step 4 Try to start the game again.

Hello again,

There is a new driver available http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows+8.1+-+64 for your graphics card, the crimson edition. With the updated network driver, could you please try a new pathping and traceroute. The last one didn't show anything.

Would you have the chance to try to connect with a different PC? I just want to make sure that it is actually something with your Laptop, at least is looks like it. The second time you get a timeout request on your Hop 1

And your pathping once again shows no result. It could also be your router. Did you powercycle it and flush dns? Maybe you could even try to get a different router just to test it. don't buy one, maybe a friend could help out just for the test.

Something in your system or network is blocking your connection, this isn't a server issue. Can you take your laptop to a friend's or relative's house to try connect on there network.
