| Hey gang, So, I was having a problem launching D3 for the better part of a day, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I deleted all the folders the blue posts suggest deleting, I reinstalled it, I rebooted my computer, and I even used the Scan & Repair feature to no avail. However, thanks to stumbling upon a thread and finding the answer, I'm making this thread to more openly advertise the fix. If you are using the voice/chat desktop client for Discord, close it. Once it's closed, the game should launch without issue. That being said, you can reopen Discord as soon as the game is up and running and it won't crash you - not as far as I can tell, anyways. At any rate, I hope this helps. TL;DR: Close Discord and reopen it after D3 is opened. | ||
