| i had recently set up a hardcore seasonal hero and put a lot of effort into it, only to have a power outage in a rift and came back to find out i died. Is there anything i can do to get it back or do i seriously have to start again. | ||

| Hello VortexHost, I am sorry to hear this, but unfortunately, a dead hardcore character stays dead and you would have to start again. I hope that there won't be any more power outages that would prevent you from playing.
