| Greetings, I play the game from my laptop(I don't have pc), HP pavilion Dv6 and I agreed that's not the best laptop for gaming, but I abled to play Diablo from it, but.. from since the beginning of the Owerwatch servers I can not log in.. to my Character.. It's loading but when I hear the checkpoint sound lately after it "loaded" I know it will be a Network Disconnect. I don't know what should I dowith this problem. I alredy put every graph settings to lowest, or switched off, and I have a monitor that can show in 1600x900 pxs but I have to "play"(if once a day I can login) in 1024x768x60.. I don't know what should I do, because I can't afford a new pc or a console. Blizzard team help me please. | ||

| Hello Heisenberg, Unfortunately, no. You have to use the IPs given in the article for a traceroute and a pathping, otherwise your PC would only ping himself, which is not very helpful. And secondly, please use pastebin because i can't or won't load down zipped files. Could you please connect by cable to the Router and see if that does any good? But you should also contact your ISP, because your pathping shows 2 --- 100/ 100 =100% 91/ 100 = 91% h128-1.pool10-22.dyn.tolna.net [10.22.128.1] 0/ 100 = 0% | 3 --- 100/ 100 =100% 91/ 100 = 91% h21-241.pool10-64.dyn.tolna.net [10.64.21.241] 0/ 100 = 0% | 4 --- 100/ 100 =100% 91/ 100 = 91% h1-245.pool10-65.dyn.tolna.net [10.65.1.245] 91 % packet loss and with that, it is not surprising that you get disconnects. You should show them the pathping and they should be able to solve the issue for you. | Hello Heisenberg, First of all, your English is awesome, no worries about that. Secondly, the pathping and tracert look better now, although the 100 % could also mean, that there is a problem, doesn't have to, but potentially could. And yes, you should show the 91 % packet loss to your ISP because 91 % packet loss is definitely not good and would explain your disconnects. Let me explain it like this. Have you ever spoken to a person on their mobile while they were driving through a tunnel? I guess so and you could hear him not very good, words missing etc. It is basically the same thing. If your PC receives only 9 % of the data from the server, how much does your PC understand? Basically nothing and he gives up and disconnects. That's it.
