| Hello guys for first sorry for my bad english i have hope you will understand me. From 1,5 day i have seriously problem to playing diablo 3. This bug is just in diablo 3 all anothers games work without problem. So this is situation: im just playing playing... playing... instant black screen and system error sound. After this my computer going off.... As i say on beggining this problem is just in Diablo 3. Please maybe someone else have this bug and have idea how to fix it? | ||

| Hello Trajaaa, This is most likely not a bug, but a problem with your PC. Could you please post a dxdiag and MSInfo here? If the data is too big to be posted on the forum directly, you can use a page like pastebin.com and post the link to it here then. | Hello Trajaaa, And thank you for coming back. It seems that there is probably something wrong with the software of your videocard because you seem to have problems with a program GFEexperience as well. I have checked and there is a more up-to-date driver for your card http://www.geforce.com/drivers . You could install this one and try again. You should also update all the other drivers as well, like the Ethernet Adapter, which is currently from 2014 and that is too old. Please try it all and let me know if that gave any improvement. | Hello Trajaaa, Thank you for coming back. Your Network adapter driver should be updated, because the one installed is from 2014, which is too old. But secondly, more importantly, you have a program running called bytefence.exe which is potential malware, actually a browser hijacker and should be removed. The Killerservice.exe can also cause performance issues with our game as well as the networkmanager.exe.
