Hi Blizz,

i am contacting you about bug in act II - D3 freeze when i enter DESOLATE SANDS (while loading). I am sure, you know that bug.

Please, do not tell me to uninstall actual AMD drivers and install older one. I will not do that. It is not solution for paying customer.

Just tell me, if you are working on fixing this issue or not. Just simple answer - Yes, we do / No, we don't.

Hey there Marv.

If you are using an AMD card this is sadly a drivers issue.

We actually have a sticky post about it here.

If you currently use an AMD video card able to use the newer Crimson Edition drivers, we encourage you to do so as the crashing issue should be fixed with them.

If you have a legacy card not supporting the use of the newer drivers, you have the option of using the 16.x Beta Crimson Edition drivers. Note that AMD states "This driver is provided "as is"​ and will not be supported with further updates, upgrades or bug fixes."

Installing older drivers was one of the earlier workarounds for this, as the older drivers had been fixed while the newer ones still had an issue.
