| I have been having this problem for some time now, I don't get the pop up image when i complete achievements or the chat notification. I looked around in the chat settings and it doesn't appear to be anything wrong there or in the settings from the options menu. | ||

| Hello Mojo, Unfortunately we can't investigate bugs related to game mechanics from the support forum. Keep in mind this forum is aimed towards support with technical issues; installation, crashes, connection issues, performance, etc. The best thing to do is posting this information on the Bug Report Forum: https://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly.
